Ingredients
- 1 tsp ceremonial matcha
- ½ cup brewed genmaicha (cooled)
- 1 scoop pea protein
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 pitted dates
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Sift matcha into blender
- Add chilled genmaicha tea and dates
- Blend until dates fully dissolved
- Add protein powder and cashew butter
- Blend with ice until frothy
- Dust with matcha before serving
