Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast (sliced)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 150g whole wheat pasta
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Cook pasta 2 minutes less than package instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant
- Brown chicken strips in the pan
- Halve tomatoes, add to pan until blistered
- Toss cooked pasta into sauce
- Tear basil leaves and garnish with cheese
