Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast (sliced)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 150g whole wheat pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Cook pasta 2 minutes less than package instructions
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant
  3. Brown chicken strips in the pan
  4. Halve tomatoes, add to pan until blistered
  5. Toss cooked pasta into sauce
  6. Tear basil leaves and garnish with cheese
