Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup roasted pepitas
- 1 blood orange (sliced)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Whisk mustard and honey, coat salmon
- Bake at 220℃ for 12 minutes
- Toss greens with vinegar
- Plate greens, top with salmon
- Garnish with pepitas and orange
