Ingredients
- 2 ounces of lean turkey breast, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 whole - wheat tortilla
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/4 cup of mixed greens (such as spinach and arugula)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A squeeze of lemon juice
Directions
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the whole - wheat tortilla.
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the avocado.
- Drizzle the Greek yogurt dressing over the turkey.
- Add the mixed greens on top.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
