- 2 whole wheat buns

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tomato (sliced)
Directions
- Mix turkey with garlic powder, form patties
- Cook patties 3 minutes per side
- Toast buns lightly
- Layer spinach, patty, tomato on bun
- Spread yogurt-mustard sauce
