Ingredients
- 150g beef slices
- 1 lemongrass stalk (minced)
- 2 cups hot water
- 100g dried rice noodles
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 Thai chili
Directions
- Soak noodles in boiled water for 5 mins
- Sauté lemongrass until fragrant
- Stir-fry beef with lemongrass
- Mix fish sauce, lime and chili
- Assemble noodles with beef/sprouts
- Pour dressing over
