Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 200g chicken breast strips
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup canned black beans
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado (sliced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (julienned)
Directions
- Marinate chicken with paprika and lime juice
- Cook chicken in skillet over medium-high heat
- Warm tortillas in dry pan
- Layer yogurt, beans, chicken, avocado, onion
- Roll tightly and slice
