Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic/ginger 1 minute
- Add frozen veggies, cook 5-7 minutes
- Stir in quinoa and sauce ingredients
- Toss until heated through
- Top with sesame seeds
