Ingredients
- 200g pork tenderloin slices
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 cup instant brown rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp rice bran oil
Directions
- Marinate pork with ginger/teriyaki
- Cook rice per package instructions
- Sear pork in hot oil until caramelized
- Steam broccoli in microwave
- Assemble bowl with all components
